*Due to the nature of our items, refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be given unless the item is not made as stated in invoice details.
*Please ensure you know your size prior to ordering. If your item does not fit, we apologize but that does not mean you should contact us for a return. All shirt/brand measurements are listed to ensure you pick your correct size prior to ordering. If ordering/picking up in store, you must ensure order is to your satisfaction PRIOR to leaving the store. Once items leave our store location - we will not accept any returns/responsibility.

Personalization
Payment is confirmation all personalization given is correct. We print/embroider EXACTLY as you type it/give to us. I do not check for spelling errors, that is your responsibility. If you mean SCHOOL but you type SHCOOL, I am going to print/embroider SHCOOL. Unfortunately, I do not have time to contact each person to ensure spelling is correct. Please ensure capital/lower case letters are in the right place, correct location of spaces, monogram letters should be listed in correct order of first,LAST,middle. Again, I will print/embroider JUST like you type it.  

Turn Around Time/Rush Orders

Please allow arranged time/days for your item(s) to be made. This turn around time will be given to you at time of purchase/checkout. Majority of the time, it will be done sooner but understandably some weeks/seasons are busier than others. Someone will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. If you are not local, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number when it has been mailed.
*If you need your order sooner than this, please add RUSH to your order in the payment section. There is an additional $30-$100 fee if you need it within 48 hours. If this is something you need MAKE SURE you reach out to us at 931-218-0555 to ensure this is possible. 

FAQ
Can I change my order once submitted? 
No, unfortunately we are unable to quickly monitor emails with change requests. Your order goes directly in line for production when paid.

What is your turn around time? How soon can I receive my order? 
Typical turn around time is 7-10 days. We strive to get orders completed prior to that, but sometimes it may be the full 10 business days. Please understand during holidays and busy sports seasons this time may be longer. In the event the turn around time is longer, it will be displayed across the top of the site or displayed at our store location.

What if I need an order Rushed? 
No worries, we can definitely RUSH any order. Please contact staff prior to placing your order if you have questions or select what option best fits your timeline at checkout. There is a fee for RUSHED orders as yours goes before others that have been waiting.

Will you make controversial shirts/items? 
Yes! We love funny, sometimes inappropriate shirts/items! Cuss words, Yes! Funny quotes, memes, Yes! We do not choose political sides but are happy to make political shirts to your liking. Please understand that whatever items made by Molly or staff does not mean we are affiliated. We do draw the line at anything racial or that would cause harm to someone else.

Can I bring my corporate logo to you for printing/embroidering?
 Yes! If you bring me a logo of a business I am happy to print it for you. You will need to sign a form stating you requested this logo be printed and you have the rights/permission to do so. Unfortunately, we had to resort to this as people were wanting company shirts, when they were not even employed there.

Can you remove embroidery from a previous stitched item? 
Yes! But its going to cost you $50 per hour for us to remove them. Its a very time consuming process. So unless its your great-great grandmas cherished blanket, we suggest you throw it away and start fresh. :)
